Notes:
This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Preparation:
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste the woman as a new image
Pick 2 colors from your tube
Make into a gradient
Step 1:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Layers/Arrange/Move Down
Close your fairy image
Flood fill with your gradient
Adjust/Blur/Average
Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
Effects/Plugins/VM Toolbox/Instant Tile/Default
Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
Effects/Distortion Effects/Twirl
Effects/Geometric Effects/Pentagon
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a new Layer
Image/Flip
Lower the opacity of this layer to 50
Highlight the middle layer
Layers/Merge/Merge Down
Step 2:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill with White
Lower the opacity to 25 - or what looks good to you
Open the woman layer
Make sure that this layer is highlighted
Image/Re-size to 90% - or what looks good to you
Move this layer as needed
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 3:
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Pick another color to go with a color that you had previously

Highlight this border
Flood fill with your new gradient

Add Watermark
Add Name
