Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here. You are welcome to use my images, or use your own If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.
Preparation: To All Images: Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new layer
Take the snow background and re-size to 31% (496 x 372) or if using your own image as close to 500 on the width, or what looks good to you
Pick 2 colors from any of your images (this is your choice)
Step 1: Take the woman image Re-size to where it looks good to you (I chose 60%) Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a New Layer Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Close the woman image
Step 3: Take the deer image Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a New Layer Re-size to what looks good to you (I chose 50%) Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Close the deer image Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Click the left button on your mouse onto the snow Use your right button on your mouse and clone some snow onto the bottom of the deers and the woman to make it look like their feet are in the snow Effects/Plugins/VDL Adrenaline/Snowflake
Step 4: Now for the colors that we chose in the beginning of this tutorial Image/Add Borders/1 px/Darker color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Lighter color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Darker color Selection/Select All Image/Add Borders/20 px/White Selections/Invert Effects/Plugins/Plugin Galaxy/Feedback/Default Edit/Copy Layers/New Raster Layer Edit/Paste as a New Layer Image/Mirror Selections/None -- Raster 2 Lower the opacity to 50 -- Raster 2 Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 5: Image/Add Borders/1 px/Darker color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Lighter color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Darker color
Step 6: Take your corner image Chose one that you like (I chose Ebene 19) Place this corner in the upper right corner Image/Mirror Effects/Plugins/Simple/Top Left Corner Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
