Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here. You are welcome to use my images, or use your own If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Preparation: Edit/Copy your images Edit/Paste as new Images
Pick 2 colors from your image (I chose #dc9999 and #979797)
Open a 500 x 500 transparent image
Step 1: Take your 500 x 500 transparent image Flood fill with your light color Layers/New Raster Layer Flood fill with your other color Layers/Load-Save Mask/Save Mask From Disk Layers/Merge/Merge Group Effects/3D/Drop Shadow
Step 2: Take your couple image Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a New Layer Image/Re-Size to 75% or what looks good to you Move down Lower the opacity to 75% Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 3: Edit/Copy Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black Image/Add Borders/10 px/White Highlight this border Edit/Paste Into Selection Image/Flip Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel Selections/Select None Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black Selections/Select All Selections/Modify/Contract/16 px Selections/Invert Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new Image Selections/Select None
Step 4: Layers/New Raster Layer Image/Add Borders/40 px/White Highlight this border Take this image that you copied and pasted earlier Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new Layer Image/Flip Lower the opacity to 50% Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Edit/Copy
Step 6: Image/Add Borders/10 px/White Take the frame that you made earlier Edit/Copy Edit/Paste Into Selection Selections/Select None Close all images except the one that you are working with and the accent
Step 7: Take the accent Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new Layer Image/Re-size to 35% or what looks good to you Place this in the upper left hand corner Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/Duplicate Image/Mirror
Step 8: Layers/NewRaster Layer Add Name Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/New Raster Layer Add Watermark Layers/New Raster Layer -- Optional Add a Caption -- Optional Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow -- Optional Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Re-Size to 500 on the longest side - if needed
