Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here. Preparation: Edit/Copy your images 2x Edit/Paste as new Images 2x
Choose 2 colors (#7b1a16 and #4d4b4d) from the flag
Choose 2 colors from the image - tweety or the image that you are using ( Make a gradient with these colors
Step 1: Minimize - one of the flags View/Toolbars/Script/Flag - Follow the directions Highlight the Raster 1 Layer Edit/Paste Into selection Lower the opacity to 40% Selections/Invert Close Raster 1 Highlight the Merged Layer Edit/3D Effects/Buttonize Open Raster 1 Layer Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Selections/Select None
Step 2: Image/Add Borders/1 px/1 Black Image/Add Borders/1 px/1 of your colors Image/Add Borders/1px/Other Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/1 White Image/Add Borders/1 px/1 Black
Step 3: Image/Add Borders/10 px Selections/All Selections/Modify/Contract/10 px Selections/Invert Edit/Copy the flag Edit/Paste Into Selection Effects/3D Effects/Buttonize Selections/Select None
