Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here. You are welcome to use my images, or use your own If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.
Supplies: LLD-USflag-lg Sldatls2
Preparation: Edit/Copy your images Edit/Paste as new Images
Open a 600 x 600 Transparent image
Pick 2 colors from your image
Step 1: Take the flag Crop off the white around the flag - skip this step if you are using a psp image Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow View/Toolbar/Script In the drop down, scroll down to Flag Click on the blue arrow and follow the prompts Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel Minimize
Step 2: Take the soldier image Edit/Copy Edit/Paste As A New Layer Move the image to the right and down - or what looks good to you Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Step 3: Layers/New Raster Layer Add Name Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/New Raster Layer Add Watermark Layers/New Raster Layer -- Optional Add a Caption -- Optional Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Re-Size to 500 on the longest side - if needed
