Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. You are welcome to use my images, or use your own If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.
Preparation: Pick 2 colors from your image (I chose #b0a0a3 and #806b73)
Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a Image - all images
Step 1: Take the background Image/Re-Size to 500 on the longest side Effects/3D Effects/Buttonize Take the woman Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a New Layer Image/Re-Size to 400 px - or what looks good to you Move the woman image down - just a little
Step 2: Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Light Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/20 px/White Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Light Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Highlight your white border Effects/3D Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope Selections/Select None
Step 3: Take the snowflake image Image/Re-Size to 150 on the longest side Place the snowflake on the upper left hand corner Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Effects/Plugins/Simple/Top Left Corner Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 4: Layers/New Raster Layer Add Name Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/New Raster Layer Add Watermark Layers/New Raster Layer -- Optional Add a Caption -- Optional Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow -- Optional - Same as above Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Re-Size to 500 on the longest side - if needed
