This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

 Beginner

Supplies:

 Psp5127-SCZone-TheLightFairy

 DBS Flux

Silver Gradient

Preparation:

 Open your tube and Duplicate, close the original, Resize to 300 on the longest side

 Foreground: #BAB6BA

Background: White

Make this into a gradient - Skip if you have a silver gradient already 

 Angle: 130

Repeats: 3

Style: Linear

 Font:

Your choice

 Step 1:

 Take your tube
Selections/ Selections All
Selections/Float
Selections/Defloat
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and use these settings:
Verticle/Horizontal: 3
Opacity: 50
Blur: 5
Color: Black or your choice
Deselect (Selections/None)
New Raster Layer
Move this layer below your tube layer
Flood Fill with your gradient

 Step 2:

Selections/Selections All
Selection/Modify/Contract 10
Selections/Invert
Flood Fill with your Gradient
Effects/Inner Bevel and use these settings:

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow

 Click on your text tool
Font and settings your choice
I chose

Foreground: Black
Background: Your Pattern
