Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here. You are welcome to use my images, or use your own If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Preparation: Edit/Copy your images Edit/Paste as new Images
Pick 2 colors from your image (I #ebb8fc chose and #af7eda)
Step 1: Take the background and re-size to 500 on the longest side
Step 2: Take the mermaid Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a New Layer Re-Size to 375 px or what looks good to you Place in the lower right corner - or where you like Pick a color that is close to where the water is (I chose #9fa3fa) Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Step 3: Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Light Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Image/Add Borders/5 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/5 px/Light Color Selections/Select All Selections/Modify/Contract 10 px Selections/Invert
Step 4: Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited 2.0/Distortion Filters/Twister/Default Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel 2x Selections/Select None Image/Add Borders/1px Black Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Light Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Dark Color Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Step 6: Layers/New Raster Layer Add Name Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/New Raster Layer Add Watermark Layers/New Raster Layer -- Optional Add a Caption -- Optional Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Re-Size to 500 on the longest side - if needed
