This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.
A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here.
You are welcome to use my images, or use your own
If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Supplies:

Preparation:
Take your tube
Duplicate
Select around a piece of chocolate or an area that you would like to use as your pattern.

Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a New Image
Go to your materials palette and using the pattern that we made
Angle: 0
Scale: 100
Place in your foreground
Deselect
Step 1:
Take your tube
Layers/New Raster Layer
Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom
Flood Fill this layer with your pattern
Lower the opacity to 50%
Step 2:
Image/Add Borders/2 px/Black
Image/Add Borders/10 px/White
Highlight this border
Flood Fill with your foreground pattern
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel

Selections/Select None
Step 3:
Image/Add Borders/2 px/Black
Image/Add Borders/20 px/White
Highlight this border
Effects/Reflections/Kaleidoscope

Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel/Same as Before
Deselect
Image/Add Borders - 2 px Black
Step 4:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add watermark
Add Caption - font, settings, drop shadow, Inner Bevel - your choice
Add Name - drop shadow, Inner Bevel - your choice
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Voila!!
