This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Advanced 2

Supplies:

A_Christmas_Unicorn_by_SuliannH

Preparation:

Take the unicorn
Resize to: 65%
(390 x 340)
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a New Image 2x
Minimize 1
Close the original

Pick 2 Christmas colors

Open a 250 x 250 transparent image

Step 1:

On the main image

Image/Add Borders/1 px/#cb9542
Image/Add Borders/10 px/White

Selections/Select All

Selections/Modify/Contract/10

Selections/Invert
Flood Fill with your gradient

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow

Step 2:
Selections/Selections All
Selections/Modify/Contract/11 px
Selections/Invert
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel

Deselect
Image/Add Borders/1 px/#cb9542
Image/Add Borders/20 px/White
Open a new image 250x250
Selections/Selections All
Edit/Copy your minimize tube
Edit/Paste Into Selection -- (250x250 image)
Deselect

Step 3:

Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
Go to your 'Materials Palette' and find the pattern that is in the 250x 250 image

Selections/Select All

Selections/Modify/Contract/20

Selections/Invert
Flood Fill with this pattern
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/Same 2 as before
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel

Deselect

Step 4:

Image/Add Borders/1 px/#cb9542
Image/Add Borders/10 px/White
Selections/Selections All
Selections/Modify/Contract/10 px
Selections/Invert
Flood Fill with your gradient
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/Same 2 as before
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel/Last Inner Bevel
Deselect

Step 5:

Image/Add Borders/1 px/#cb9542

Layers/New Raster Layer

Flood fill with White

Lower the opacity of this layer to 20

Add a Caption using the gradient that we used earlier

Add your Name

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/To Name & Caption
