This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.
A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Supplies:

Eye Candy 3.1

Preparation:

Choose one of the hearts
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste As A New Layer
Transparent image 200 x 200
Pick 2 colors from your image

Step 1:

Take your transparent image (200 x 200)
Selections all
Use your selection tool and select around the flowers
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste Into Selection
Selections/Selections None
Go to your materials palette, choose this pattern
On your heart layer
Layers/Duplicate
Image/Re-size

Image/Mirror
Lower the opacity of this layer to 40
Add a caption
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow - All 3 layers

Step 2:
With your text layer highlighted
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel

Go to your Raster 1 layer
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel

Step 3:

Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill this layer with with a solid, pattern or
Gradient of your choice
Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom
Image/Add Borders/20px/White
Highlight this border
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow

Flood fill with your pattern
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel/Same as before
Copy the selection
Selections/Selections None

Step 4:

Image/Add Borders/2px/Black
Image/Add Borders/20 px/White
Highlight this border
Edit/Paste into selection
Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.1/Swirl

Image/Mirror

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow same as before
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel same as before
Selections None

Step 5:

Image/Add Borders/Black/2 px
Image/Add Borders/20 px/White
Highlight this white border
Edit/Paste into Selection
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/Same as before
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel/Same as before
Selections/Select None
Image/Add Borders/Black/2 px
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add Watermark

Add Name
