This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.
Advanced 2
Supplies:
CJ_Oriental Lady 4
Preparation:
Transparent Image 600 x 450
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a new image 2x (The tube)
Rename them: image 1 and Image 2
Pick 2 colors
Make a gradient
Step 1:
Flood fill with your gradient
Adjust/Blur/Average
Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope
Step 2:
Take the woman layer
Edit/Copy - Image 1
Edit/Paste as a new layer
Image/Mirror
Image/Re-Size to 90%
Place in the lower right hand side
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Step 3:
Take your image 2
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a new image
Image/Mirror
Re-size to 90%
Lower the opacity to 25
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Step 4:
Highlight the background layer
Edit/Copy
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Your light color
Image/Add Borders/20 px/White
Highlight this border
Edit/Paste Into Selection
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Selections/Select None
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Step 5:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add Watermark
Add Name
Add Caption - or use mine
If using mine - image/Re-Size to 30%
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Image re-size to 60% or what looks good to you
Layers/Merge/Merge/Visible
