Pick 2 colors Make a gradient with those colors Step 1: Flood fill your 500 x 500 Image with your gradient Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur
Step 2: Edit/Copy your sad Image Edit/Paste as a new layer Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default Effects/Plugins/Filter Factory B/Seismic Twirl/Default Effects/Plugins/Filter Factory B/Sliding Spirals/Default Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default Effects/Filters Unlimited/Tile & Mirror/Distortion Mirror (Horizontal) Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
Step 3: Effects/Plugins/Filter Factory D/Quantum Tile/Default Edit/Copy Using the magic wand, highlight the white circle Adjust/Add-Remove Noise/Add Noise Selections/Select None
Step 4: Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black Image/Add Borders/20 px/White Highlight this border Edit/Paste Into Selection Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Effects/Plugins/Filter Factory E/Transparent Pizza Layers/New Raster Layer Flood Fill with White Layers/Arrange/Move Down This is what you should have at this point While still selected Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 5: Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/Same 2 as before Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel Selections/Select None Image/Add Borders/Light Color/1px Image/Re-Size to 75% - Or what looks good to you
Step 6: Take the woman tube Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new layer Image/Re-size to 70% - Or what looks good to you Move to the right side Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/Same as before Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 7: Add Name Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Layers/New Raster Layer Add Watermark Add a Caption Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow/Same as above Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
