Notes: This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions. Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required. A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here. You are welcome to use my images, or use your own If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.
Chose which saying that you would like to use from the image
Step 1: Female Fairy Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as a new Layer Move to the far right Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Lower the opacity to 50% Layers/Duplicate Image/Mirror
Step 2: WordArt Edit/Copy Edit/Paste your wordart onto your image Move to a desired location Lower the opacity to 70% Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 3: Image/Re-Size to 65% Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black Image/Add Borders/20 px/White Highlight this border Edit/Copy your background Edit/Paste Into Selection Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope Selections/Select All Selections/Modify/Contract/21 px Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Selections/Select None Image/Add Borders/1px/Black
Step 4: Layers/New Raster Layer Add Watermark Add Name Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow Add Caption - if desired Layers/Merge/Merge Visible Image/Re-size 90% or to what looks good
