This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Preparation:
Open a 600 x 500 transparent image
Step 1:
Misted image
Selections/Select All
Edit/Copy
On your transparent image
Selections/Select All
Edit/Paste Into Selection
Selections/Select None
Close the misted image
Step 2:
Edit/Copy -- the woman
Edit/Paste as a New Layer
Move to the right side
Re-size to 450 on the longest side or to what looks good to you
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Repeat Inner Bevel
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel -- Same as before
Repeat Inner Bevel
Edit/Copy
Step 3:
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Image/Add Borders/60 px/White
Highlight this border
Edit/Paste Into Selection
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited/Tile & Mirror/Distortion Mirror (Horizontal)/255
Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited/Tile & Mirror/Distortion Mirror (Vertical)/255

Add Watermark
