This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.

Preparation:
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a new Layer -- all images
The woman duplicate 2x
Pick 2 colors from your image
Step 1:
Take the Theater
Selections/Select All
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Selections/Select None
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Image/Add Borders/10 px/White
Highlight this border
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Selections/Select None
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Image/Add Borders/20 px/White
Highlight this border
Step 2:
Go to one of the woman images
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill with one of your colors
Layers/Arrange/Send To Bottom
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Top Left Mirror
Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default
Edit/Copy
Go back to your original image
Edit/Paste Into Selection
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Selections/Select None
Image/Add Borders/1 px/Black
Step 3:
Take the other woman image
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a New Layer
Image/Re-size to 50% or what looks good to you
Move this layer to the right side
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel
Step 4:
Take the dragon
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a new layer
Image/Mirror
Place on the left side where it looks good to you
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow

Image/Re-Size to 50% or what looks good to you
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Step 6:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add Watermark
Add Name
