Notes:
This tut was done in PSP 10 but should work as well in other versions.
Some knowledge of, and experience with, PSP is required.
A trial version of PSP can be downloaded from here.

If any filters are used, please note that if you don't already have them installed that you will have to close PSP, Install, then start PSP again.
Supplies:
Ccd-0259candleflowers
Animation Shop
Preparation:
Take your tube
Duplicate 3x
Pick a light and dark color
Open a 200 x 200 Transparent image
Step 1:
Take your Freehand tool and select around the flames
Delete the Layer 1, leaving just the merged layer that your candle is on.
Duplicate your candle layer 2x... You will have 3 layers
Close off the 2 bottom layers and activate the top layer
Effects/Plugins/DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Intensity:25
Direction: Mix
Close off the top layer
Activate the middle layer
Effects/Plugins/DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Intensity:30
Direction: Mix
Close off the middle layer
Activate the bottom layer
Effects/Plugins/DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Intensity: 20
Direction: Mix
Layers/View/All
Selections/Select None
Step 2:
Edit/Copy the top layer
Edit/Paste as a new Animation
Edit/Copy the middle layer
Edit/Paste/After Current Frame
Edit/Copy the bottom layer
Edit/Paste/After Current Frame
Back in PSP
Open a 200 x 200 image
Place your watermark/Name onto this image
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as a new animation
Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste/After Current Frame/2x
You will have 3 Frames
Edit/Select All - Both animations
Edit/Copy your watermark/Name
Edit/Paste Into Selected Frame
Check your animation by right clicking on your image and selecting 'View Animation' to see if ya like it
Save your work
